We have taken many trips to Cambodia over the years, focused on the primary schools project.
The project is run with Save the Children and the Provincial Education Office of Siem Reap.

Ta Prohm was built about mid-12th century to early 13th century (1186) by King Jayavarman VII, dedicated to the mother of the king. It is Buddhist.
It has been left untouched by archaeologists except for the clearing of a path for visitors and structural strengthening to stave of further deterioration. Thus it is possible to experience Angkor the way it was when "re-discovered" in the middle of the 19th century.
